The tyres make vibrations on the steering wheel for the first couple of kilometers until they warm up. They feel like second class tyres which is not expected from a Pirelli tyre.

I have these on a Porsche Boxster S with the ROW030 sports suspension, which if i am honest is a pretty harsh ride. I changed from the P-Zero Asymetricos to these they are the P-Zero MO (mercedes) and wow..the tyre noise is much less, making for a much nicer drive especially with the roof down, and they seem to have softenened the ride a bit, the car is better with these tyres, because the grip and handling is the same as the other P-Zeros, in fact, they seem to almost hook up better under powered cornering..i dont track the car, but do drive it with intent when no one is around in the dry, they grip beautifully when the road is damp, i cant comment on the wear i prob only do 5K a year on it, so really dont care if they only last 20K....i'd like to admit i made this choice purposefully, i didnt..i ordered them, they are also cheaper than the asymetricos...couldnt be happier :) Could not recommend more highly...

Comfort is a little compromised due to low profile, otherwise a very good tyre.

The Pirelli Pzero on DriverReviews

Low Profile for High On-Road Performance

  • Unique tread design prevents potential aquaplaning in wet conditions.
  • Nano-composite compound takes grip and ride stability to the extreme.
  • Unparalleled structural integrity boosts steering response and tyre life—essential in fast drives.
  • The Pirelli Noise Cancelling System (PNCS), a device built into the tyre’s circumferential wall, absorbs noise, cutting it down by half.
  • Improved grip helps you flawlessly manage high-torque situations.
  • Reinforced structures let the tyre carry the added weight of EVs (electronic vehicles).

Why This Tyre?

What's the Pros And Cons?

Pirelli Pzero UTQG 220 AA A

Compare and Rate Your Tyre on its Treadwear, Traction, and Temperature

tyre-size

220 AA A

•  220 Treadwear:
This grade represents the tyre's expected life/duration, ranging between 100 to 1000. Usually, the higher the treadwear rating, the longer the tyre life.

•  AA Traction:
This grade represents the tyre's capability to stop on wet asphalt and pavement. Ratings are expressed in letter form, with AA being the highest and C as the lowest.

•  A Temperature:
This grade represents the tyre's heat resistance ability, with A as the highest and C as the lowest. Heat build-up causes the rubber to break down faster, which can cause blowouts. The higher the temperature rating, the longer the tyre life and the higher the speed rating.

The Pirelli Pzero is an Asymmetrical Tyre

tyre-size

Asymmetrical tread patterns combine different tread types to deliver maximum wet and dry road grip via its inner and middle tread, while outside, larger and rigid tread blocks dominate the design to improve cornering.

To avoid fitting mistakes, asymmetrical tyres are labelled "outside" and "inside only" so you know if they will face your vehicle or out.

Pirelli OEM Tyres

The Pirelli P Zero is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) tyre for several luxury vehicles such as the Ferrari F40, 512 Testa Rossa, all the Lamborghini Murciélago and Aventador models, the McLaren MP4-12C and P1, the Pagani Zonda, and the Aston Martin Vanquish among many others.

Pirelli is a leading original equipment supplier with over 2,300 tyre models specially designed to fit a specific vehicle to enhance its features, including performance, safety, and fuel economy.

Other luxury vehicle brands it services include Alfa Romeo, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche.

Pirelli Run-Flat Tyre

The Pirelli P Zero Run-Flat Tyre employs modern tyre construction technology that lets you continue driving even when punctured by an object on the road. This occurrence covers nearly 85% of the most common causes of air loss in tyres.

With run-flat tyres, you don’t have to stop at the roadside to wait for a tow truck or change the tyre on your own. Instead, you can drive to the nearest service station, knowing that your tyre can still operate even with decreased or no air pressure.
